Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at your registered email address within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Return Shipping Return shipping is free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or cover the cost of return shipping.

Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
